How does 4 Rabet Point Spread Betting work?
4 Rabet Point spread betting is a simple type of betting that lets you make a small mistake on whichever side of the bet you choose to put your money on. When you bet on the point spread, the odds makers decide how many points they think the score will be off by and give the underdog a positive number and the favorite a negative number.
This basically gives the underdog a head start before the game even starts and puts pressure on the favorite team to cover the spread. 4 Rabet Point spreads are usually written in half-point increments because if they were written in whole numbers, hitting that number exactly could cause a push.
In cricket, you might see a point spread of -4.5/+4.5. This means that the favorite team will have to win by five points or more for your bet to cover the spread. If you bet on the underdog, they only have to win or lose by less than four points. If they lose by five, you will lose your 4 Rabet.

Hockey is another sport where points are not kept. Hockey, like baseball, keeps track of goals instead of points, so 4 Rabet point spreads are called “pucklines.” The pucklines in hockey are the same as in any other sport, but the names are better suited to how the game is scored.
Usually, puckl Ines can be anywhere from 0.5 to 5.5, depending on the teams that are playing. This small difference can make it easier to pick winners because you can usually tell how one team will do against another based on the goalie and how strong the defense is.
Point Spread Betting on MMA and UFC
Point spreads haven't always been available for MMA and UFC. In fact, these are fairly new features that not all sportsbooks offer. In the UFC, point spreads were always offered for the whole card of fights, not just for one fight. Some fights were becoming too easy to predict. There were huge underdogs or situations where the dog had no chance of winning, so many people stopped betting on the money line.
Even though these UFC point spreads are still very new and in their infancy, we thought we'd explain how they work so you can make the best UFC betting decisions for your strategy.
Point spreads in soccer have their own name, just like they do in hockey and baseball. For the same reason—they track goals instead of points—they call their point spreads “goal lines.” Now, unlike soccer money line bets, you don't have the option of a draw, so your team has to win for your point spread bet to work.
If the game ends in a tie, neither team wins, which means it's a “push,” and you just get your money back.
